Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• 1+ year related experience preferred.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Salesforce and JD Edwards is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Issue weight and product tickets at the scale house.
• Schedule and direct trucks with trucking vendors.
• Communicate with drivers to determine destination and material.
• Work with the dept to ensure tickets and delivery orders are accurate.
• Professionally accept incoming orders by phone, email, or other means and process them.
• Research problem tickets and document findings.
• Provide high level customer service reflecting company values.
• Perform other incidental duties as required.
