Job summary

Combined Metal Industries Inc. in New Castle, PA is seeking an Industrial Scale House Administrator to be the first point of contact for customers and to manage the scale operation.

You will process trucks and material weights, prepare shipping and customs documents, maintain files, and generate daily reports in a fast-paced, safety‑conscious environment. The role offers health, vision, and dental insurance, wage progression, and growth opportunities within an inclusive team.

Here’s where you come in…

As CMI continues to grow we are looking for passionate people to join our Operations team. As an Industrial Scale House Administrator, you will be the first point of contact to our internal and external customers and will be responsible for administering the scale operation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare shipping and customs documentation
• Maintain files
• Daily reporting
• Process documents
• Additional tasks as requested

Qualifications:

• Basic skills with MS Word and Excel
• Strong English communication skills both verbal and written
• Strong attention to detail, ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Post-Secondary Diploma is an asset
