Job summary

High School Diploma or GED required.
Willingness to work a rotating shift, including weekends and holidays.
Ability to learn quickly and multitask.
Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

Participate in the CMC Safety Programs and proactively uphold the CMC Safety Culture
Troubleshoot work related problems using job knowledge, experience, and by communicating with others
Responsible for daily housekeeping duties including but not limited to immediate work area
Work safely to prevent on the job injuries by always following safety rules and regulations including proper wearing of company PPE
Analyze and resolve scale issues
Maintain and upkeep the scale equipment (Bicron, scale, and printers)
Manage Industrial Truck Scale inbound and outbound operations to meet demands of the facility
Monitor and arrange calibration of scales
Ability to demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills, utilize company resources and deliver exceptional customer service
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines, maintain a professional demeanor in all situations, and commitment to excellent customer services at all times

What You'll Need

Ability to work as a team player in a fast-paced environment, with excellent strong work ethic, attention to detail, and organizational skills
Ability to work with exposure to extremes in temperature, chemical, dust fumes and mists, uneven surfaces, loud noise, elevated work areas, and confined spaces
Basic computer skills
Must be able to learn quickly and multitask
Some overtime will be required
Willingness to work a rotating shift, including weekends and holidays
Demonstrate dependability in attendance, work completions, and flexibility to meet business needs

High School Diploma or GED required
