Job summary

Combined Metal Industries Inc. is seeking a Scale Administrator in New Castle, PA to be the first point of contact for internal and external customers and to manage the scale operation.

The role requires handling trucks, weights, documentation, and data entry with accuracy and a customer-first mindset. You will support shipping and customs processes, maintain files, and deliver daily reports in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while upholding safety and quality standards.

Location: New Castle, PA

Job Type: Full-Time, non-exempt

Shift: 7:30 AM to 5 PM

CMI sources and processes recycled ferrous and non-ferrous metals across North America and ensure they do not end up in a landfill or go to waste. Our recycling stream ensures that all the ferrous and non-ferrous metals that enter our yards will create something new again!

As CMI continues to grow we are looking for passionate people to join our Operations team. As an Industrial Scale House Administrator, you will be the first point of contact to our internal and external customers and will be responsible for administering the scale operation.
