Job summary

Zocks AI is hiring a Manager, Customer Success in the Denver area. You will own product utilization and value realization for SMB customers, building and leading a team of Product Success Specialists to accelerate activation and expansion.

You’ll partner with Product, Marketing, Sales, and other teams to ensure customers realize value from Zocks. The role combines hands-on leadership with scalable programs in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in scale customer success, implementation, activation or similar.
• 3+ years direct people leadership experience building and managing a team.
• Experience in wealthtech/fintech or financial services is a plus.

• Lead a high-caliber team of Product Success Specialists.
