Job summary

TIC_Craft is seeking an experienced construction worker to erect and dismantle scaffolding, operate heavy equipment, and rig loads on various projects. You will read blueprints, determine material scope, and coordinate tools and safety practices on site.

The role requires endurance in a dynamic construction environment, willingness to work long hours, weekends, and to pass pre-access drug tests. Prior scaffolding experience is preferred, with a focus on safety and efficient workflow.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred with field experience.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
• Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and layout tools safely.

Responsibilities

• Read blueprints and specifications to determine scope, locations, quantities, and sizes of materials.
• Identify tools required and cut materials to specification.
• Erect and disassemble scaffolding and install ladders, handrails, walkways, platforms, and gangways.
• Construct, reinforce, and dismantle pre-constructed scaffolds.
• Build wooden scaffolds and auxiliary items.
• Rig equipment loads.
