You will inspect equipment for damage, perform basic maintenance, and keep a clean, safe yard environment while supporting a dynamic field team. The role offers on-site work, competitive pay, benefits and extensive on-the-job training for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Comfort with common industrial, construction, or scaffolding hand tools.
• Basic mechanical aptitude or hands-on experience servicing tools/equipment.
• Clear communication skills and basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Master the Yard: Organize, stage, and retrieve scaffolding equipment so it’s always ready for the next big project.
• Quality & Safety Checks: Inspect returning equipment for damage or missing parts to keep our inventory top-notch.
• Hands-On Maintenance: Perform basic servicing, cleaning, and routine upkeep on yard equipment and tools.
• Keep Things Safe & Sharp: Maintain an organized, clean warehouse and yard environment following daily safety practices.
