Job summary

BrandSafway is seeking a field supervisor to direct field personnel, ensuring safe, on-time, and budget-conscious execution of defined scopes. The role emphasizes safety leadership and hands-on supervision in a field environment.

The candidate will apply experience in field take-off, material requisitions, logistics, and pre-job planning, while acting as the front line for safety, QA/QC, and hazard awareness on site.

Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years experience in related field.
• Minimum three (3) years assisting the Foreperson with supervision craft personnel.

Responsibilities

• Direct field personnel to complete work safely per scope, on time and within budget.
• Leverage field take-off, material requisitions and logistics knowledge for efficient jobs.
• Serve as front line contact for safety, quality, QA/QC, Job Safety Analysis, and hazard awareness.
