Job summary

Sunbelt Rentals is seeking a Scaffold E&D Lead Carpenter to design and erect scaffolds and mentor a small crew on site. You will lead the Scaffold E&D Carpenters, ensuring safe, efficient work at heights and adherence to OSHA standards.

The role requires prior Scaffold E&D experience, ability to manage a crew, and willingness to work outdoors in varied conditions. A bilingual candidate is a plus, with a strong commitment to safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Some trade school preferred but not required.
• Scaffold E&D Carpenter for a minimum of 2 years or approved equivalent experience.
• Ability to work comfortably and safely at considerable heights.
• Bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Designs and erects various types of scaffolds.
• Lead Carpenter must act as a mentor and coach to the Scaffold E&D Carpenters to aid in their development.
• Must work with tools.
