Position: Scaffold Builder - Leadman

This role involves supervising the construction, assembly, maintenance, and dismantling of tubular scaffolding or other temporary structures. Additional duties may be assigned.

Responsibilities:

1. Work at heights confidently.
2. Determine the type of scaffold needed and instruct on proper installation.
3. Oversee transport and erection of scaffold materials.
4. Hoist scaffolding materials to erect structures.
5. Secure and level scaffold sections.
6. Secure scaffold to permanent structures for stability.
7. Follow OSHA, site-specific, and company safety requirements.
8. Supervise dismantling of scaffolding.
9. Inspect and store scaffolding materials after dismantling.
10. Perform final inspections of scaffolding.
11. Perform other duties as assigned.

Physical Demands:

Employees must be able to sit, handle, reach, stand, walk, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, talk, hear, and taste or smell. Regularly lift up to 25 pounds and frequently up to 50 pounds. Vision requirements include close, distance, peripheral, and depth perception.

Qualifications:

• No minimum education required.
• 3-5 years of Journeyman level experience.
