Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or higher in Electronic Engineering, Engineering Technology, or Computer Technology related field.
• Operational understanding of computer technology and networking.
• Previous experience in electronic technology or military technical training is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Installs, modifies, and maintains the SCADA systems for the Member Systems and cooperatives.
• Configures and tests communications equipment, RTUs, fiber optics, IEDs, Front End Processors, and SCADA Workstations; performs System and Database Administration.
• Configures and supports LAN/WAN and Internet systems for the organization.
• Trains Member Systems personnel on SCADA operation and troubleshoots end-user device communications.
• Monitors network availability and performs necessary maintenance.
• May drive a company service van and operate a forklift as required.
• Available for system outages and travel as needed.
