Job summary

Terabase Energy is seeking a SCADA Project Manager to oversee a portfolio of SCADA projects from initiation to completion. You will lead planning, budgeting, scheduling, and customer communications, coordinating engineers, procurement, and support staff to deliver on-time, within scope and budget.

Responsibilities include customer engagement, project planning, stakeholder management, cost control, quality assurance, and risk management, with a focus on collaboration across cross-functional teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business management, energy, or related field.
• 3+ years experience as project/operations manager in solar/renewable energy, heavy construction, or aerospace.
• Excellent time management and ability to execute multiple projects with multiple relationships.
• Strong communication, customer relationship skills, and ability to work in a team.
• Advanced or expert MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with MS Project, JIRA, and Confluence; familiarity with Wrike, Kantana, Project Insight, Primavera P6.
• Willing to work in Hybrid (Home/Office) setup and travel up to 20% (US-based).
• PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
• Experience with PV plant components, SCADA systems, and related industrial protocols is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Customer engagement from booking to delivery with operational excellence.
• Develop comprehensive project plans with scope, schedule, budget, and resources.
• Serve as primary contact for customers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Monitor costs and schedules; prepare cost estimates and track expenses.
• Ensure quality and regulatory compliance; manage risks and change orders.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and regular senior management reporting.
• Lead cross-functional teams; delegate tasks and foster collaboration.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
