Hoosier Energy is seeking a Senior System Administrator for the OT environment. The role oversees Linux-based OT systems, ensures cyber security, and maintains CIP/NERC compliance within the System Control Center.

Hybrid remote work supports coordination with IT and Compliance. The position requires seven years of IT experience, a bachelor’s degree in a related field, and strong Windows, AD, and scripting skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or related field.
• Seven years of IT experience in software, hardware, or network administration.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, networks, and security best practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversees Linux servers, OT systems, and infrastructure with emphasis on cyber security and CIP/NERC standards.
• Manages patching for System Control Center servers and networks to maintain security/compliance.
• Assists Compliance to ensure adherence to NERC/Regional Reliability Standards.
• Supports System Control Center energy management infrastructure.
• Plans future upgrades, new systems, and lifecycle activities.
• Supports control center staff and critical applications.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
