Job summary

Neumo is seeking an IT Network & Systems Administrator to maintain industrial networks and Windows-based infrastructure that support SCADA and OT environments in New Orleans. This role ensures availability, security, and reliability of OT networks and related IT systems for real-time monitoring and control of critical processes.

The candidate will manage AD DS, DNS, and RBAC, apply security hardening, and support disaster recovery while coordinating with OT cybersecurity teams and field

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, networking, information systems, cybersecurity, or related field.
• 3–5 years of network engineering experience in industrial, utility, or critical infrastructure environments.
• Hands-on experience with Windows Server, AD and DNS in OT or critical infrastructure environments.

Responsibilities

• Maintain OT network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, and telemetry devices.
• Support AD DS, RBAC, and GPOs for SCADA/OT environments.
• Deploy and maintain DNS servers to support OT systems and name resolution.
• Manage Windows Server hosts running SCADA/OT services and apply patches.
• Coordinate with OT cybersecurity staff on traffic monitoring and incident response.
