Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in commissioning utility-scale solar power projects.
• Strong knowledge of solar PV systems, inverters, transformers, and electrical infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of networking and communications systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
• Ability to interpret Electrical and Mechanical Drawings/Schematics
• Strong organizational and multi-project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with industry standards, safety protocols, and environmental regulations.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and implement site-specific commissioning plans and schedules.
• Coordinate with project teams including engineering, construction, and QA/SCADA for commissioning alignment.
• Conduct pre-commissioning and commissioning tests including performance, functional, and reliability tests of communications systems.
• Ensure commissioning activities comply with NFPA/NEC, IEEE/IES/API standards and safety protocols.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues to ensure optimal SCADA and site communications performance.
• Prepare detailed commissioning reports with test results, issues, and corrective actions.
