Qualifications

• Experience with utility-scale solar commissioning projects.
• Knowledge of solar PV systems, inverters, transformers, and electrical infrastructure.
• Strong networking and communications systems knowledge.
• Proven problem-solving and proactive issue resolution abilities.
• Ability to read Electrical and Mechanical Drawings/Schematics.
• Strong organizational and multi-project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Familiarity with industry standards, safety protocols and environmental regulations.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and implement site-specific commissioning plans and adhere to schedules.
• Coordinate with project teams to align commissioning activities (engineering, construction, QA, SCADA).
• Conduct pre-commissioning and commissioning tests for communications systems and SCADA.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety protocols, and environmental regulations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues during commissioning to optimize SCADA and site communications.
• Prepare detailed commissioning reports documenting test results and corrective actions.
