Job summary

Schreiber Foods, Inc. in Green Bay, WI seeks an experienced Systems & Controls Engineer to develop and support operations systems on the plant floor, including SCADA, HMI, MES, historian, dashboards, and data integrations.

You will collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Maintenance, IT and contractors, manage projects, build documentation, and drive safety, efficiency, and asset performance while aligning with company standards and the Ignition Perspective platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering/Business or related field.
• 3+ years in Operations Systems/Industrial Control Systems in manufacturing.
• Experience with Ignition Platform (Perspective) preferred.
• Knowledge of PLC concepts, SQL, and reporting tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to learn new tech.

Responsibilities

• Develop, build, and install SCADA, MES, and information management solutions.
• Collaborate with users and partners to improve safety, efficiency, and asset performance.
• Provide troubleshooting and 24/7 on-call support for production systems.
• Manage system projects, plans, and documentation; train users and maintain guides.
• Ensure adherence to Food Safety and Quality Plans and customer requirements.
