We are seeking a dynamic and experienced SCADA Engineer to join our team in the Energy industry. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of our industry, working with cutting-edge technology and contributing to projects that have a real-world impact. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) systems for our clients in the energy sector. This position requires a deep understanding of SCADA systems, Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), and Remote Terminal Units (RTUs).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement SCADA systems for our clients in the energy industry.
• Collaborate with project teams to determine SCADA requirements and specifications.
• Develop and maintain PLC and RTU code for SCADA systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with SCADA systems and related equipment.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users and other stakeholders.
• Evaluate and recommend new SCADA technologies and solutions.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Prepare and present detailed reports and documentation to clients and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with other engineers and professionals on cross-functional teams.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in SCADA engineering, preferably in the energy industry.
• Strong knowledge of PLCs and RTUs.
• Proven experience with SCADA system design and implementation.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively on a team and independently.
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to SCADA systems.
• Ability to travel as needed to client sites.
• Professional Engineering (PE) certification is a plus.
