Job summary

DESRI is seeking a talented Manager to lead SCADA and controls engineering across its solar, battery energy storage, and hybrid projects. You will guide design reviews, specify technical requirements, and support vendor scoping to ensure reliable, secure, and scalable monitoring and control systems throughout project lifecycles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field.
• Minimum five years of experience in SCADA, controls, or power systems integration.
• Experience with utility-scale battery energy storage systems and familiarity with EMS, BMS, PCS, and plant controllers.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support SCADA and controls integration for utility-scale battery storage.
• Develop integration strategies to connect battery systems with EMS and plant controllers.
• Create and maintain alarm configurations, data mapping, and tag naming conventions.
• Coordinate with EPCs during FAT and site commissioning to verify interfaces and data accuracy.
