Job summary

Guernsey Electricity is seeking a SCADA and Control Systems Engineer to develop, implement and maintain the monitoring and control systems across the power station and electricity network.

The role requires expertise in SCADA and control systems, with leadership experience and an engineering qualification (HNC or equivalent). The successful candidate will oversee technical resources and help ensure safe operation of critical infrastructure.

Qualifications

If you're skilled in working with a variety of digital systems and communication protocols commonly found in SCADA systems, we're looking for someone to develop, implement and maintain the systems that remotely monitor, measure and control equipment in the power station and electricity network.

You'll provide technical expertise, lead engineering resource, and ensure efficient and safe operation of control and monitoring systems. You'll need theoretical engineering knowledge consistent with HNC in an engineering discipline and ideally SCADA experience.
