Job summary

Sodexo is seeking an on-call part-time SCA Cook II for USAF FTI 2A at Cannon AFB. You’ll work as part of a team to prepare nutritious dishes while delivering strong customer service.

Qualifications

• Must be team-oriented, adaptable and reliable.
• 3+ years of related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare large quantities of food using various cooking methods, including meat, poultry, fish and vegetables; season, cook, and assemble gravies, soups, sauces, roasts, pies, casseroles and stews.
• Attend scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity.
• Other duties may be assigned based on client requirements.

Pay Range: $17.80 per hour - $17.80 per hour

What You’ll Do:

As a SCA Cook II at Sodexo, you are a team player and food waste reducer. You'll prepare and create nutritious dishes while putting customer service at the heart of everything you do.

Responsibilities include:

• Prepare large quantities, by various methods of cooking, meat, poultry, fish, and vegetables, seasons and cooks all cuts of various meats, fish, and poultry, boils, steams, or fries vegetables, makes gravies, soups, sauces, roasts, meat pies, fricassees, casseroles, and stews.
• Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.
