Job summary

Sodexo is hiring a SCA Cook II at USAF FTI – NELLIS AFB. You will prepare nutritious dishes, prioritize customer service, and work as part of a collaborative kitchen team to support base operations.

• Prepare large quantities using various cooking methods for meats, poultry, fish, and vegetables; season and cook all cuts; make gravies, soups, sauces, roasts, casseroles and stews.
• Attends work and shows for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity.
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts based on client needs.

What You’ll Do:

As a SCA Cook II at Sodexo, you are a team player and food waste reducer. You’ll prepare and create nutritious dishes while putting customer service at the heart of everything you do.

Responsibilities include:

• Prepare large quantities, by various methods of cooking, meat, poultry, fish, and vegetables, seasons and cooks all cuts of various meats, fish, and poultry, boils, steams, or fries vegetables, makes gravies, soups, sauces, roasts, meat pies, fricassees, casseroles, and stews.
• Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.
