Job summary

Sodexo is seeking an SCA Cook II at USAF Joint Base Charleston. You will prepare nutritious dishes and place customer service at the heart of everything you do, supporting a collaborative kitchen team in a fast-paced dining operation.

You will follow safety and quality standards to ensure guest satisfaction and food safety. Open availability is required for any shift; this full-time role offers competitive pay at 19 dollars per hour, plus benefits including time off, health coverage, and tuition

Responsibilities

• Prepare large quantities, by various methods of cooking, meat, poultry, fish, and vegetables, seasons and cooks all cuts of various meats, fish, and poultry, boils, steams, or fries vegetables, makes gravies, soups, sauces, roasts, meat pies, fricassees, casseroles, and stews.
• Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.

What You'll Do

As a SCA Cook II at Sodexo, you are a team player and food waste reducer. You'll prepare and create nutritious dishes while putting customer service at the heart of everything you do.
