Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a SCA Cook II at USAF FTI - NELLIS AFB. This full-time role requires open availability and shifts may vary; compensation is $20.40 per hour, with benefits and training opportunities offered by Sodexo.

You'll prepare nutritious dishes, focus on customer service, and work as part of a team to reduce waste and deliver quality meals in a fast-paced environment. Previous kitchen experience is required, with emphasis on reliability and teamwork.

• 3 or more years of related work experience.
• Successful candidates will be team-oriented, adaptable, reliable, and nurturers of a healthy/safe working environment for all.

Responsibilities

• Prepare large quantities, by various methods of cooking, meat, poultry, fish, and vegetables, seasons and cooks all cuts of various meats, fish, and poultry, boils, steams, or fries vegetables, makes gravies, soups, sauces, roasts, meat pies, fricassees, casseroles, and stews.
• Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.

What You’ll Do:

As a SCA Cook II at Sodexo, you are a team player and food waste reducer. You’ll prepare and create nutritious dishes while putting customer service at the heart of everything you do.
