Job summary

Sodexo is hiring a SCA Cook II at USMC GARRISON. You will join a team-centered environment that prioritizes customer service and nutritious meal preparation for our client community.

Responsibilities include cooking a variety of dishes to specification, maintaining food quality and safety, and supporting co-workers to ensure smooth service across mornings and evenings. This full-time role offers benefits and ongoing training.

Responsibilities

• Prepare large quantities, by various methods of cooking, meat, poultry, fish, and vegetables; season and cook all cuts; boil, steam, fry vegetables; make gravies, soups, sauces, roasts, pies, fricassees, casseroles and stews.
• Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity.
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.

Workdays/shifts : Mornings and afternoon/evenings - varying days, and some weekends/holidays. More details will be provided during the interview process.

Employment Type: Full-time

Pay Range: $20.12 per hour - $20.12 per hour

What You’ll Do: As a SCA Cook II at Sodexo, you are a team player and food waste reducer. You’ll prepare and create nutritious dishes while putting customer service at the heart of everything you do.

Responsibilities include:

• Prepare large quantities, by various methods of cooking, meat, poultry, fish, and vegetables, seasons and cooks all cuts of various meats, fish, and poultry, boils, steams, or fries vegetables, makes gravies, soups, sauces, roasts, meat pies, fricassees, casseroles, and stews.

• Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity

• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.
