Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a SCA Cook II Lead at Fort Riley to oversee on-site food operations and guide a team of cooks and service staff. You’ll focus on preparing nutritious dishes and delivering strong customer service, while maintaining a safe, clean kitchen and working with diverse shifts.

This full-time role requires 2+ years of related experience, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to adapt to varying schedules.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight at the direction of management on site to coordinate routine work activities of SCA Cook II and lower-level service employees engaged in food operations.
• Supports management in the daily oversight of key functions and employees during the normal course of business.
• Prepares menu items in large quantities, by various cooking methods.
• Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity.
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.

Workdays/shifts : Varying shifts, days/hours, and rotating weekends. More details will be provided during the interview process.

Employment Type: Full-time

Pay Range: $22.47 per hour – $22.47 per hour
