Job summary

Metalcraft of Mayville is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to cover the South Carolina area extending into North Carolina. The role focuses on expanding our dealer network and achieving sales goals through strong relationship building and field visits.

You will travel extensively, train dealers on Bluebird, Scag and Versatran products, and drive business development in your designated territory while delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of external sales experience in outdoor power equipment or related industries.
• High school diploma required; strong communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 70% on the road; clean driving record.
• Must live in or relocate to assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Understand selling programs and meet annual goals for the territory.
• Communicate the value of product lines to rental dealers.
• Be on-site for the majority of Territory Sales Manager time; develop dealer relationships.
• Help dealers allocate resources to maximize product sales.
• Know competition, pricing and product lines; perform product demonstrations as needed.
• Proactively assist dealers in managing problems (sales, operations, finances).
• Train dealers on features and benefits of Bluebird, Scag and Versatran products.
• Monitor inventory at rental locations and suggest actions (stock levels, popular items).
• Represent dealers to the company and advocate for their needs.
