Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Shipping role for the 2nd shift in Ontario, CA. You will support inbound and outbound warehouse operations, including order processing, packing, and sortation. The position requires standing for the full shift and adherence to safety procedures.

Shift is Mon-Fri, 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM with potential overtime. Benefits begin after waiting period, including medical, dental, and 401(k) plans.

Responsibilities

• Perform system and/or manual tasks to support inbound and outbound operations.
• Process customer orders accurately and timely, including order picking, packing, and stocking as assigned.
• Support quality control activities to help ensure shipments meet required standards.
• Perform loading and unloading freight tasks as directed by the warehouse lead, supervisor, or manager.
• Spend 100% of shift time in the sortation area doing manual case sorting onto pallets from mixed pallets.

Our client, logistics and distribution operations is seeking a SC I-Shipping - 2nd Shift to join their team. As a SC I-Shipping - 2nd Shift, you will be part of the warehouse operations team supporting inbound and outbound processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to safety, the ability to stay focused while working at a fast pace, and the drive to complete tasks accurately and on time—skills that will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Shipping

Location: Ontario, CA

Pay Range: $19.25

Shift: Mon-Fri 2 pm-10:30 pm

What's the Job?

• Perform system and/or manual tasks to support inbound and outbound operations

• Process customer orders accurately and timely, including order picking, packing, and stocking as assigned

• Support quality control activities to help ensure shipments meet required standards

• Perform loading and unloading freight tasks as directed by the warehouse lead, supervisor, or manager

What's Needed?

• Ability to be on your feet for the entirety of your shift (except rest and meal breaks)

• Comfort working in a warehouse sortation environment performing repetitive manual tasks

• Ability to follow safety procedures and work instructions consistently

• Willingness to participate in all scheduled physical inventories
