Leader Bank is seeking an experienced service representative to support the Solutions Desk for the securities-based lending (SBL) business. You will understand the SBL product lifecycle, coordinate with Credit Risk and Operations, and assist in loan applications and collateral management to ensure high-quality client support.

You will interact with financial representatives, perform required analyses, and help develop servicing improvements for senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Understand SBL product offering and lifecycle; develop related solutions procedures.
• Provide day-to-day support to customers and financial representatives; coordinate across departments.
• Assist Credit Risk and Operations with loan applications and existing lines of credit.
• Perform outbound communications to obtain additional client information as directed.
• Help manage collateral maintenance calls and regulatory/reporting duties as required.
• Present analyses and proposals for servicing improvements to senior leadership.
