As a Restaurant Brand Food Service Manager, you will work with the Multi Unit or Multi Brand General Manager to guide your team in delivering an exceptional guest experience, operational excellence, and a positive work environment that embodies our company values.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead by example to demonstrate what a great restaurant food service program looks like.
2. Collaborate with the MU/MB General Manager to develop and execute a strong food service program, setting clear goals and ensuring operational efficiency and success.
3. Address team member performance or behavior issues promptly and fairly.
4. Achieve operational and financial goals, including sales, expenses, and profitability.
5. Maintain the appearance, cleanliness, and standards of the food service area.
6. Oversee quality control, merchandising, safety, and inventory management.
7. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
8. Communicate with the Brand Manager to resolve issues related to product quality, safety, equipment, and training.
9. Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Manager.

Working Relationships:

Guest Service Associates, Food Service Associates, MU/MB General Manager, Brand District Manager, and other company personnel and vendors.

Minimum Education & Experience:

• High School diploma or GED
• At least 1 year of experience leading food service in retail or restaurant settings

Preferred Experience:

1-3 years of food service experience.

Certifications:

Serv Safe Certification is a plus but not mandatory.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication skills with guests and team members
• High energy and adaptability
• Team-oriented with a willingness to assist others

Additional Details:

This is a full-time hourly position, primarily daytime hours, with some flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays. Travel may be required for meetings (approximately 5%). The role involves physical activity, including standing for long periods, lifting up to 40 lbs., and working in cold environments.
