As a Restaurant Brand Food Service Manager, you will work with the Multi Unit or Multi Brand General Manager to guide your team in delivering an exceptional guest dining experience, operational excellence, and a positive work environment that promotes engagement and reflects our company values.
Responsibilities:
Working Relationships: Guest Service Associates, Food Service Associates, MU/MB General Manager, Brand District Manager, Brand Regional Manager, Guest Service Leads, Site Manager, District Manager, Region Manager, Brand Manager, VP, company personnel, and vendors.
Minimum Education: High School diploma or GED.
Minimum Experience: At least 1 year of leadership experience in a food service department within retail or restaurant settings.
Preferred Experience: 1-3 years of food service experience.
Licenses/Certifications: ServSafe certification is a plus but not required.
Soft Skills: Comfortable interacting with guests and team members, high energy, ability to multitask, team-oriented, and willing to put in extra effort to assist others.
Other: This is a full-time hourly position, primarily daytime hours, but may include evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.
Travel: Up to 5% for meetings.
Hours & Conditions: 40 hours per week, with specialized attire provided (hats, visors, gloves, etc.).
Physical Requirements: Ability to stand and walk for 10 hours daily, lift up to 40 lbs, reach overhead, bend, squat, twist, and work in cold environments like freezers and coolers.
