As a Restaurant Brand Food Service Manager, you will work with the Multi Unit or Multi Brand General Manager to guide your team in delivering an exceptional guest dining experience, operational excellence, and a positive work environment that promotes engagement and reflects our company values.

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead by example to demonstrate what a great restaurant food service program looks like to all team members and guests.
  2. Collaborate with the MU/MB General Manager to develop and enhance the food service program by effectively leading food operations. Set clear goals, assume ownership, and work with the team to achieve success through training, coaching, and communication.
  3. Address team member performance or behavior issues promptly and fairly to maintain a strong team.
  4. Achieve operational excellence by meeting financial goals related to sales and expenses, in partnership with the MU/MB General Manager.
  5. Maintain the appearance, cleanliness, and adherence to Brand standards of the food service area, delegating tasks as needed.
  6. Oversee quality control, merchandising, safety, and sanitation standards to ensure successful food service operations. Manage product levels to meet guest demand and maintain 100% in-stock status.
  7. Handle inventory controls, including ordering, receiving, inventory management, and waste reduction.
  8. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, including sanitation standards.
  9. Coordinate with the Brand Manager to resolve issues related to product quality, food safety, equipment, and signage.
  10. Perform additional duties as assigned by the Store Manager.

Working Relationships: Guest Service Associates, Food Service Associates, MU/MB General Manager, Brand District Manager, Brand Regional Manager, Guest Service Leads, Site Manager, District Manager, Region Manager, Brand Manager, VP, company personnel, and vendors.

Minimum Education: High School diploma or GED.

Minimum Experience: At least 1 year of leadership experience in a food service department within retail or restaurant settings.

Preferred Experience: 1-3 years of food service experience.

Licenses/Certifications: ServSafe certification is a plus but not required.

Soft Skills: Comfortable interacting with guests and team members, high energy, ability to multitask, team-oriented, and willing to put in extra effort to assist others.

Other: This is a full-time hourly position, primarily daytime hours, but may include evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.

Travel: Up to 5% for meetings.

Hours & Conditions: 40 hours per week, with specialized attire provided (hats, visors, gloves, etc.).

Physical Requirements: Ability to stand and walk for 10 hours daily, lift up to 40 lbs, reach overhead, bend, squat, twist, and work in cold environments like freezers and coolers.
