As a Restaurant Brand Food Service Manager, you will work with the Multi Unit or Multi Brand General Manager to guide your team in delivering an exceptional guest experience, operational excellence, and a positive work environment that reflects our company values.

Responsibilities:
  1. Lead by example to demonstrate what a great restaurant food service program looks like to team members and guests.
  2. Collaborate with the MU/MB General Manager to develop a strong food service program by effectively leading food operations, setting measurable goals, and ensuring program success. Support team development through training, coaching, and communication.
  3. Address team member performance or behavior issues promptly and fairly to maintain a strong team.
  4. Achieve operational excellence by meeting financial goals related to sales, expenses, and net profit, under the guidance of the MU/MB General Manager.
  5. Oversee the appearance, cleanliness, and adherence to Brand standards of the food service area. Delegate tasks to maintain standards.
  6. Manage quality control, merchandising, safety programs, and inventory levels to ensure customer satisfaction and stock availability.
  7. Maintain all sanitation and cleanliness standards in accordance with EG, Brand, and local health regulations.
  8. Coordinate with the Brand Manager to resolve issues related to product quality, food safety, equipment, training, signage, etc.
  9. Perform additional duties as assigned by the Store Manager.
Working Relationships:

Guest Service Associates, Food Service Associates, MU/MB General Manager, Brand District Manager, Brand Regional Manager, Guest Service Leads, Site Manager, District Manager, Region Manager, Brand Manager, VP, company personnel, and vendors.

Minimum Education:

High School diploma or GED.

Minimum Experience:

At least 1 year in a food service leadership role in retail or restaurant settings.

Preferred Experience:

1-3 years of food service experience.

Licenses/Certifications:

ServSafe certification is a plus but not mandatory.

Soft Skills:
  • Comfortable interacting with guests and team members
  • High energy and ability to multitask
  • Team-oriented and willing to assist others
Other Details:

This is a full-time hourly position, primarily daytime hours, with potential for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts based on business needs.

Travel:

Approximately 5% for meetings.

Hours & Conditions:

40 hours per week, with specialized attire (hats, gloves, etc.) provided.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand/walk for 10 hours, lift up to 40 lbs, and work in cold environments like freezers and coolers.
