Calqulate Metrics Ltd. is seeking an experienced SBA Relationship Manager to develop new lending relationships and expand an existing portfolio of business clients in the San Francisco area.

You will work closely with clients and partners to structure SBA loans and deliver tailored banking solutions. The ideal candidate has strong SBA lending, commercial banking, and credit analysis experience, with a proven track record in business development and relationship management.

Qualifications

• Experience in SBA lending, commercial lending, or business banking.
• Proven sales and business development experience.
• Strong understanding of credit analysis and business financial statements.
• Experience developing and managing a loan portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Generate new SBA loan opportunities through prospecting, referrals and networking.
• Develop and manage relationships with business owners and commercial clients.
• Analyze borrower financial statements, cash flow, credit history and overall creditworthiness.
• Structure and recommend SBA loan opportunities for approval.
• Prepare and present loan requests to the credit or loan committee.
• Manage and grow an existing portfolio of business relationships.
