Responsibilities

• Cross-sell appropriate banking products and services.
• Maintain accurate credit, loan, and portfolio documentation.
• Partner with internal lending and operations teams to provide excellent client service.

About the Role

The ideal candidate has experience in SBA lending, commercial banking, business development, credit analysis, and relationship management. This is a client-facing role for someone who can generate new business, structure lending opportunities, and build long-term relationships with business owners and referral partners.

Compensation

$85,000–$130,000 annual base salary, depending on experience.
