About the Role

We are seeking an experienced SBA Relationship Manager to develop new lending relationships and grow an existing portfolio of business clients.

The ideal candidate has experience in SBA lending, commercial banking, business development, credit analysis, and relationship management. This is a client-facing role for someone who can generate new business, structure lending opportunities, and build long-term relationships with business owners and referral partners.

Compensation

$85,000–$130,000 annual base salary, depending on experience.
