Job summary

FranFund is seeking a detail-oriented Loan Processor to join our Dallas-area team. You will guide borrowers through SBA loan requests, package proposals, and coordinate with lenders and franchisors. This in-office role emphasizes accuracy, efficiency, and strong communication in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in relevant operations or finance, proficiency with Adobe and MS Office, and knowledge of SBA lending processes. Hybrid work may be considered after training.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in business operations, administrative, insurance, finance or legal industries preferred.
• Proficient in computer/technical skills (Adobe, Microsoft Office).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional writing skills for clear, concise business correspondence.
• Ability to analyze financial statements, credit reports, business plans, and other financial documents.
• Familiar with SBA loans.
• Salesforce experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage large client pipelines from loan packaging to funding completion.
• Guide clients on loan program requirements, including process, timing, and documentation.
• Ensure accuracy in completing loan documentation for lender credit approval.
• Prepare and present loan request packages to a network of lenders.
• Communicate with third parties involved in the process (e.g., franchisors, franchise consultants).
• Stay current on lender policies and SBA SOPs.
• Build and maintain lender relationships to effectively negotiate and represent client needs.
