Job summary

KeyBank is seeking an SBA Lead Service Officer to support SBA loan closings and client relationships. You will proactively engage borrowers, coordinate with SBA RMs, and own the closing process with internal partners to ensure timely and accurate documentation.

Role requires knowledge of SBA products, loan documentation, and compliance. Hybrid work location with a base salary and incentive opportunities, expiring 2026-10-31.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of SBA lending products, closing requirements and servicing processes.
• Experience with loan documentation, SBA equity injections and closings.
• Familiarity with MS Office tools and banking platforms.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact with borrowers in loan closing, gathering required documents.
• Coordinate with SBA RMs and internal/external partners to drive closings.
• Identify and resolve documentation exceptions and track on exception reports.
• Ensure packages are complete and documents executed properly prior to booking.
• Fund loans and manage draws through the process as applicable.
