The role requires at least five years of SBA lending experience, knowledge of SBA SOPs, and strong written and verbal communication skills.

A law degree from an accredited school and active U.S. licensure are required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and close SBA 7(a) and 504 loan transactions.
• Advise lenders on SBA eligibility, compliance, and collateral requirements.
• Draft and negotiate loan documentation.
• Review title work, surveys, and UCC/lien searches.
• Review lease and related agreements.
• Review purchase and sale documentation.
• Review franchise documentation and conduct due diligence.
