BCG Attorney Search in Minnesota seeks an Associate Attorney in Lake Elmo to handle non-judicial foreclosure, bankruptcy, and title matters, representing financial institutions with loss mitigation and asset recovery.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and dedicated to delivering exceptional client service while collaborating with a team of attorneys and support staff.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in Minnesota.
• 5+ years of real estate, foreclosure, bankruptcy, title, collections, or creditors' rights experience.
• Familiarity with Minnesota court procedures and filing requirements.
• Experience with CaseAware or similar case management system preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both collaboratively and independently.

Responsibilities

• Draft and prepare filings and notices related to foreclosure and bankruptcy.
• Provide strategic legal counsel to clients.
• Perform legal research using LexisNexis and Westlaw.
• Review court alerts and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with attorneys, support staff, and external vendors.
• Handle additional duties as assigned.
