United Prairie Bank is hiring an SBA Lender to work full-time, Monday to Friday, in one of our Minnesota branches. You will develop and structure SBA loans, analyze loan requests, and present them for approval.

The position requires a Bachelor's in Business Administration or Finance along with 3+ years in SBA lending. Enjoy benefits such as a 401(k) with employer match, health savings accounts, and profit sharing.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of SBA 7(a) lending experience.
• Deliver an exceptional customer service experience.
• Ability to work independently and cooperatively with other team members.

Responsabilités

• Develop and structure SBA government-guaranteed loans.
• Collect and analyze financial information for loan applications.
• Present loan requests to loan committee for approval.
