U.S. Bank seeks an experienced professional to manage SBA construction and renovation loan transactions, ensuring compliance with SBA rules and bank policy.

The role oversees documentation, lien perfection, and draw disbursements from approval through project completion, including notary attestations. You will partner with Relationship Managers and Underwriters, coordinate with borrowers and title companies, and ensure use‑of‑proceeds and eligibility standards are met across multifaceted

Qualifications

• Experience with SBA lending programs (7(a) and/or 504).
• Knowledge of construction draw administration, lien waivers, and title updates.
• Understanding of collateral structures and multi‑phase construction financing.

Responsibilities

• Review, coordinate, and administer SBA construction/renovation loan transactions per SBA guidelines and bank policy.
• Oversee construction loan documentation, lien perfection, and disbursement controls from approval to final servicing.
• Serve as primary liaison with borrowers, attorneys, title companies, and SBA service providers; ensure adherence to conditions.
