Job summary

My City Transportation is hiring SBA Business Development Officers in a fully remote, nationwide role (excluding California and Texas). You will generate SBA lending opportunities, build relationships with business owners, brokers, and referral partners, and structure financing solutions including SBA 7(a) and SBA 504 loans.

Qualified candidates have 4–5 years of SBA lending experience and a proven track record of about $20 million in annual SBA loan production.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of experience selling SBA 7(a) and SBA 504 loans.
• Track record of approximately $20 million or more in annual SBA loan production over the past three years.
• Hunter mindset and ability to develop new business.
• Established referral network preferred.
• Strong knowledge of commercial lending, credit analysis, financial statements, cash flow, and loan structuring.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

Are you an experienced SBA lender who knows how to build relationships, generate new business, and consistently close deals? I’m seeking four high-performing Business Development Officers to join a leading nationwide lender.

Location: Fully remote within the U.S., excluding California and Texas

Schedule: Full-time

Base salary: $92,000–$100,000

First-year on-target earnings: Approximately $450,000–$600,000, based on performance.

What you’ll do:

• Generate and develop new SBA lending opportunities.
• Build relationships with business owners, brokers, and referral partners.
• Structure and present financing solutions, including SBA 7(a), SBA 504, and commercial real estate loans.
• Manage opportunities from initial conversation through underwriting and funding.
