My City Transportation is hiring four SBA Business Development Officers to operate remotely across the U.S. (California and Texas excluded). The role focuses on generating SBA lending opportunities, building referral networks, and presenting financing solutions including SBA 7(a) and SBA 504 loans.

Ideal candidates have 4–5 years in SBA lending with a track record of $20M+ in annual SBA loan production over three years, and possess a hunter mindset. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required.

• Track record of approximately $20 million+ in annual SBA loan production over the past three years.

NOW HIRING: SBA Business Development Officers (Remote)

Are you an experienced SBA lender who knows how to build relationships, generate new business, and consistently close deals? I’m seeking four high-performing Business Development Officers to join a leading nationwide lender.

Location: Fully remote within the U.S., excluding California and Texas

Schedule: Full-time

Base salary: $92,000–$100,000

First-year on-target earnings: Approximately $450,000–$600,000, based on performance.

What you’ll do:

• Generate and develop new SBA lending opportunities.
• Build relationships with business owners, brokers, and referral partners.
• Structure and present financing solutions, including SBA 7(a), SBA 504, and commercial real estate loans.
• Manage opportunities from initial conversation through underwriting and funding.
• Use Salesforce and other systems to manage your pipeline.

What we’re looking for:

• At least 4–5 years of experience selling SBA 7(a) and SBA 504 loans.
• *****A track record of approximately $20 million or more in annual SBA loan production over the past three years. ****
• A hunter mindset and the ability to develop new business.
• An established referral network is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of commercial lending, credit analysis, financial statements, cash flow, and loan structuring.
• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
