Job summary

WBD, Inc. is a mission-driven nonprofit lender in Wisconsin seeking a detail-oriented Servicing Loan Coordinator to help manage SBA 504 loans and ensure compliance with SBA requirements.

You will review financial statements, assist with servicing actions, monitor payments and reporting, and maintain strong relationships with borrowers, lenders, SBA personnel, and partners across the state; a role that supports portfolio growth and excellent borrower service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in commercial banking, loan servicing, lending operations, accounting, finance, customer relationship management, or related area.
• Ability to understand and evaluate financial statements, tax returns, and business performance.
• SBA lending knowledge is helpful, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Review business and personal financial statements, tax returns, and related financial information to help assess borrower performance and repayment ability.
• Assist with borrower requests and prepare servicing actions in compliance with SBA regulations and internal policies.
• Monitor loan payment activity, financial reporting requirements, collateral information, and other portfolio indicators.
• Communicate with borrowers, lending partners, and internal staff to gather information and resolve servicing matters.
• Support annual reviews and ongoing portfolio monitoring activities.
• Prepare recurring portfolio and management reports with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with borrowers, lending professionals, SBA personnel, and other business partners.
