Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in commercial banking, loan servicing, lending operations, accounting, finance, customer relationship management, or related areas.
• Ability to understand and evaluate financial statements, tax returns, and business performance.

Responsibilities

• Review business and personal financial statements, tax returns, and related financial information to help assess borrower performance and repayment ability.
• Assist with borrower requests and prepare servicing actions in compliance with SBA regulations and internal policies.
• Monitor loan payment activity, financial reporting requirements, collateral information, and other portfolio indicators.
• Communicate with borrowers, lending partners, and internal staff to gather information and resolve servicing matters.
• Support annual reviews and ongoing portfolio monitoring activities.
• Prepare recurring portfolio and management reports with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with borrowers, lending professionals, SBA personnel, and other business partners.
