Strickland Brothers 10 Minute Oil Change in Newport, TN is seeking a Full Time Manager to oversee daily shop operations and drive guest satisfaction.

You will lead the team, handle cash and inventory, ensure safety and cleanliness, and coordinate communications using Outlook and Teams; compensation includes a monthly commission and bonus program.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily shop operations, including timely opening and closing on manager’s days off.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience and maintain high review ratings.
• Assist the store manager in all aspects of store management.
• Monitor and train new employees.
• Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations.
• Maintain a clean and visually appealing store environment.
• Communicate effectively using Microsoft Outlook and Teams.

• Assistant Shop Managers are eligible for a monthly commission and bonus program. Average bonus and commission plans for high performing Assistant Shop Manager can add up to $1.50 - $2.00 per hour to your hourly salary.
