Strickland Brothers 10 Minute Oil Change in Florence, SC is seeking an Assistant Shop Manager to lead daily shop operations, ensure timely opening and closing, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

You will support the store manager, train new employees, monitor performance, maintain a clean, safe, and visually appealing store, and coordinate with teams via Outlook and Teams to meet service targets. The role offers a monthly commission and bonus program to reward performance.

Assistant Shop Managers are eligible for a monthly commission and bonus program. Average bonus and commission plans for high performing Assistant Shop Manager can add up to $1.50 - $2.00 per hour to your hourly salary.
