Job summary

Accelerated Brands in Sanford, NC is seeking an Assistant Shop Manager to lead daily store operations and deliver outstanding customer experiences. You will open/close on days off, train staff, manage cash, and help drive performance toward goals while ensuring safety and a clean, inviting store.

We offer a base hourly rate of $14.50–$16.00 with a monthly commission and bonus program that can add to earnings for high performance.

• Experience training and mentoring new staff.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily shop operations, including timely opening and closing on manager’s days off.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience and maintain high review ratings.
• Assist the store manager in all aspects of store management.
• Monitor and train new employees.
• Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations.
• Maintain a clean and visually appealing store environment.
• Communicate effectively using Microsoft Outlook and Teams.
• Handle cash and inventory management.
• Assist in monitoring and tracking shop performance goals.

Assistant Shop Managers are eligible for a monthly commission and bonus program. Average bonus and commission plans for high performing Assistant Shop Manager can add up to $1.50 - $2.00 per hour to your hourly salary.
