Job summary

Strickland Brothers 10 Minute Oil Change is hiring a full-time Assistant Shop Manager in Spring Lake, NC. You will help run daily shop operations, deliver exceptional customer service, and assist the store manager across all duties.

The role includes a monthly commission and bonus program, with potential to add up to extra per hour earnings. You will train new staff and ensure safety, cleanliness, and strong store performance.

Assistant Shop Managers are eligible for a monthly commission and bonus program. Average bonus and commission plans for high performing Assistant Shop Manager can add up to $1.50 - $2.00 per hour to your hourly salary.
