Strickland Brothers 10 Minute Oil Change in Mobile, AL is seeking an Assistant Shop Manager to lead daily shop operations and deliver outstanding customer service. You will support the store manager, train staff, and ensure safe, clean, and efficient operations.

• Manage daily shop operations, including timely opening and closing on manager’s days off.

Assistant Shop Managers are eligible for a monthly commission and bonus program. Average bonus and commission plans for high performing Assistant Shop Manager can add up to $1.50 - $2.00 per hour to your hourly salary.
